New Requirement for all Institute Designation Programs

Beginning in 2011, all those who are taking any Institute associate designation program are now required to complete the Ethical Guidelines for Insurance Professionals online seminar (Ethics 311). At IIAM we offer three Institute designation programs: AAI, AINS and ACSR. If you started AAI or AINS this year you must also complete the Ethics 311 course to earn the designation. For those working on the ACSR, if you complete the program before 12/31/11 you are not required to take Ethics 311. However, if you do not get the program completed by the end of the year you will have to take the Ethics 311 seminar.

The Ethics 311 course if FREE. However, if you want CE credits there is a $5 charge. IIAM is currently working on getting this course approved for classroom instruction. If you have any questions please contact Rebekah Langford at iiambecka@aol.com or 410-766-0600.
